Introduction

We consider the advancement in the field of semiconductor device and integrated circuit (IC) design as a single foremost factor which has revolutionized and impact the economics and technologies of 21st century. We want to become the part of this technology revolution by not only developing expertise in the field of semiconductor device and integrated circuit design but also by educating the young scientists and engineers in the universities of Pakistan.

About us

Institute of Applied Technologies is the research institute, a liaison between LT Engineering and Trade Services (Pvt) Ltd, Hassan Abdal, Pakistan and University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila to raise the standard of research at graduate and post graduate level in the technology fields of Device and Integrated Circuit Design. We intend to extend this research facility to other universities of Pakistan as well in future. We also have collaboration with foreign universities to help us in establishing ourselves in this vital area of technology. We have a dedicated and qualified team of young scientists and engineers in the fields of Opto-electronics, Integrated Circuits, Modeling and Simulation. We are currently focusing Synopsys TCAD, IC tools and design methodologies for device and integrated circuits design.
